Audio Visual Technician

Meet our Brand Ambassador, Toby Baker

Since April 2022, I have been working as an Audio Visual Technician at All Pro Integrated Systems, where I prioritize customer satisfaction by providing effective audiovisual solutions. Prior to this, I gained valuable experience as an Audio Visual Technician at Bakerboy Video from July 2019 to April 2022.

I am an organized, resourceful, and detail-oriented professional with a strong ability to analyze situations and adapt flexibly. Building rapport with new accounts and networking effectively to coordinate company efforts are skills I excel at. I take pride in my ability to motivate and lead others, set, and achieve team goals, and complete projects with creativity and timeliness.

My background also includes lead production work for the Kettle Team at AZZ Galvanizing in Hamilton, Indiana, from January 2017 to July 2019. In this role, I successfully led my crew in various departments to ensure customer satisfaction in acid pickle, hang department, and Hot Dip Galvanizing Kettle operations.

I have previous experience as a Project Manager at Whorley Farms from June 2018 to February 2019, overseeing landscaping and construction projects. Additionally, I worked as a Marketing Consultant at KPC Media Group Inc. from October 2013 to September 2015, where I consistently exceeded revenue goals in digital and print advertising and built strong relationships with local business owners.

From June 2008 to October 2013, I served as a Minister/Counselor at The World Gone Mad, Inc., conducting counseling sessions and raising 100% of the organizational funding through sponsorships. During this time, I also developed and maintained an online talk show podcast with a dedicated weekly audience.

In the earlier years of my career, I worked as an Account Executive/Recruiter at A.P.S.I. from September 2007 to June 2008, where I successfully recruited top-tier executives for Blue Chip companies and increased sales through reestablishing former business relationships. Prior to that, I served as a Campus Life/JV Coordinator at Youth for Christ International from September 2001 to September 2007, overseeing multiple youth groups and organizing fundraisers and trips for a large number of students and adults.

I hold an Associates Degree in Travel & Hospitality Management from International Business College, and I completed my high school education at Bedford North Lawrence High School.
