*About Software and Firmware Updates
It’s important to understand how a software or firmware update will affect your system. In many cases, updates can cause equipment to lose compatibility or communication across the system. Our philosophy is to take an informed approach to updating components. We will not perform an update to your equipment unless it provides fixes for features that aren’t working as intended or improves the operation of hardware or peripherals without disrupting service to the rest of the system.
