STANDARD PLAN

(requires basic knowledge of audio, video, and lighting system operation and theory).
- INITIAL SYSTEM OVERVIEW AND ORIENTATION
Operator training on each subsystem (up to four users per subsystem)
Training on the audio, video, and lighting systems generally lasts 2-4 hours per session and covers the specific functionality of each piece of user-operated equipment, patching and routing, and review of standard/recommended workflow.
- ATTENDANCE AT REHEARSAL
Familiarize operators and frequent end users with the new system
System operation is primarily led by All Pro Integrated Systems staff to demonstrate proper settings and usage of the systems.
- PRESENCE AT INITIAL LIVE EVENT
System is primarily operated by the client, and All Pro Integrated Systems is present as a safety net to help prevent issues and answer questions.
Note: Training sessions are limited to four users per subsystem to provide sufficient opportunity for hands-on experience with the equipment.
