I am a professional and experienced Sales Manager specializing in integrated systems and solutions. With a proven track record of success, I have been a valued member of the All Pro team since 2012.
In my current role as Sales Manager, I am dedicated to ensuring the delivery of impeccable service to all projects, guaranteeing the full satisfaction of our clients at All Pro Integrated Systems. I work closely with a team of knowledgeable associates in the Sales and Engineering departments to expedite client needs, address any questions or concerns, and provide ongoing support throughout the duration of each project.
Previously, as a Project Manager, I had a comprehensive understanding of project objectives and goals. I oversaw all aspects of the projects, including scheduling, staffing, and coordination with the Regional Sales Manager. I diligently gathered and processed information, effectively managing project scope, schedule, and budget. Additionally, I maintained the highest quality assurance standards and collaborated with other contractors and trades, such as general contractors, electricians, HVAC contractors, and mechanics. During my time as a Project Manager, I also supervised installation technicians and facilitated end-user training to ensure successful project completion.
Before my project management role, I served as a Supervisor at All Pro Integrated Systems, where I successfully led and supervised a team of trained technicians on various large-scale commercial projects, ranging from the New Orleans arena to small-scale upgrades in churches.
Furthermore, as the Co-Owner of Full Range Solutions LLC, a small business in NW Florida specializing in masonry, carpentry, and painting, I gained valuable experience in sales, management, design, and installation.
Alongside my extensive experience, I hold certifications in InfoCOMM-CTS, and Extron – Controls, making me highly knowledgeable in audiovisual communications technologies and control systems expert.
I am a motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused professional, dedicated to delivering top-notch service and exceeding client expectations. With a strong background in sales, project management, and supervision, I am a valuable asset to All Pro Integrated Systems and any organization I am a part of.
