Meet our Brand Ambassador, Aaron Ruse
I am an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in technical directing, audio engineering, and event management. I am the Regional Sales Manager at All Pro Integrated Systems in Fort Wayne, IN, where I have been since August 2020. Prior to my current role, I served as the Technical Director at Saddleback Church in Lake Forest, California for close to 6 years and as an Audio Engineer at Willow Creek Community Church in South Barrington, IL for 5 years.
During my time at Saddleback Church, I had the privilege of collaborating with the teaching pastor to design immersive and interactive sets, incorporating cutting-edge technology. I was responsible for coordinating the audiovisual aspects of weekend services, including recording voice-overs and sound effects, occasional video editing, and building volunteer production teams.
Prior to Saddleback, I served as an Audio Engineer, managed and maintained backline music equipment campus-wide, and served as the Promiseland Grade 4/5 Worship Director at Willow Creek Church in Barrington IL.
Before my involvement in ministry, I owned and operated Arsenal Recording in Elgin, IL. At Arsenal Recording, I worked closely with aspiring recording artists to help them reach their musical potential. I created custom arrangements, engineered, mixed, and mastered albums, and also served as the systems manager for several local studios. Prior to that, from 2003 to 2011, I worked for TRAVIS Inc. as a Project Manager and Warehouse Manager. During this time, I represented the company as a client contact person and lead technician on event sites. I conceptualized and executed creative production elements within budget constraints, provided ongoing training on innovative technologies, and managed personnel responsible for equipment inventory and quality control.
